Founder and CEO of LWG Construction, Bill’s more than 36 years of industry experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects has enabled him to build a company based upon a strong foundation of trust and repeat customers. Bill’s management style provides his team with opportunity to professionally grow while working in a collegial environment. Bill generously invests time in his employees and with his clients, ensuring that they are content and feel supported. As a philanthropic addition, Bill offers his employees “volunteer days” where they can contribute their time towards a charity of their choice. For his part, Bill is an avid supporter of the Morgan Autism Center, TKB Baseball, and All Stars Project.

Over the course of his 16 years in the construction industry, Sam has fast-tracked his career to become Director of Sales and a key member of the leadership team of LWG Construction. LEED Accredited and a Certified Energy Auditor, Sam brings unique value to clients seeking to build sustainably. A globally experienced Sr. Project Manager, his wealth of construction knowledge makes him an invaluable resource to the entire team, from pre-construction services through to project completion. Sam’s strong work ethic means he consistently strives for excellence, working closely with our clients and our project management team in order to meet our shared goal of delivering high-quality projects on schedule, on budget and safely.

With a lifetime spent surrounded by the world of construction, it was not surprising that Emily joined the family business. Emily began her career in the construction industry 9 years ago. She is currently the Office Manager and Director of Special Projects, managing facilities, H.R. compliance, employee relations, as well as assisting with implementation of new business management systems, tools, and software across the company. With her experience in the construction industry and constant drive to improve processes and efficiency, Emily has become a valuable asset to her company and continues to help support its growth daily.
