This project involved an extensive façade renovation and major structural upgrades, including new storefront systems, redesigned rooflines, exterior siding, glazing, and comprehensive site improvements. The scope included over 350 cubic yards of structural concrete and 33 tons of structural steel, contributing to a successful and transformative result.
